Refund Process

  • Once we received any Payments for any services After 12 hours user will not get any Refund in any case or any manner,whether they like our services or not.

  • Do I get my money back if I cancel my account?:-

  • Krazyblue cannot refund money beyond the 12-Hours Money-Back Guarantee. Please note the following limitations on this refund policy:
  • Refunds within the 12-Hours Money-Back Guarantee can only be processed for Cheap Web Hosting,SSD Web hosting,Freenom Hosting, as per the Terms of Service & 30% money will be deducted from actual money paid to us and rest 70% will be refunded in your paytm account with in 7 Days.
  • Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services are NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.
  • Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
  • We will try our level best to create the suitable hosting package that matches for our clients. In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds are processed within a period of 7 working days and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.
  • If you choose to cancel your account, you retain ownership of any domain registrations that you have purchased. If, in the future, you would like to have your domain point to a different web host, you will be able to log in to the Krazyblue panel, and make your changes to your DNS settings to point to the new host.

  • Can I re-enable my account after I cancel it?

  • Yes. If you ever wish to come back, You are always welcome Back.

  • Cancellation Process

  • User may terminate or cancel the Services any time via Control panel,Live Chat,Ticket. If user cancel the Services,user are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation.
